Withdrawal Policy

If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Onfocus Services Limited, 5F, The Quayside, 77 Hoi Bun Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon – Hong Kong, email: hello@xberry.shop) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email or letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, once the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal;
• custom-made or personalized goods;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
