XBERRY Voucher – Terms & Conditions

1. Redemption

XBERRY Vouchers can be redeemed exclusively in the online shop at https://xberry.shop. Vouchers are applied during checkout via a personal code sent by email after purchase. Vouchers can be used to pay for products available in the shop, including shipping, as long as the total amount is covered.

2. Remaining Balance

If the full voucher amount is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance is automatically issued as a new voucher code and sent to the email address used during the order.

3. Transferability

Vouchers are transferable and may be redeemed by other persons. The holder of the voucher code is considered authorized to use it unless otherwise stated.

4. Validity

XBERRY Vouchers do not expire and remain valid until fully redeemed.

5. Limitations

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers cannot be used to purchase additional vouchers. Any attempt to do so will automatically block the voucher at checkout, and a warning will be shown.
• Multiple vouchers can be redeemed in a single order until the total value including shipping is fully covered.

6. Returns

If a product purchased with a voucher is returned, any refund will be issued as a new voucher (if applicable).

7. Abuse & Fraud

In case of suspected misuse or fraud, Onfocus Services Limited reserves the right to block voucher codes and/or cancel associated orders.
